We are aware that some clients have received letters from DenPlan this week, suggesting that your pet’s Healthcare plan/s with our practice will be cancelled, as of August 2017.

Please be assured that this is NOT the case. We are absolutely committed to our plan, which continues to provides for easy budgeting of routine care, optimal products for parasite prevention, and regular checks with our vets and nurses.

The only change is in the administering of the scheme, for which we have decided to use a different company. The savings made are allowing us to improve the offerings under the plan, which will now include 3 Consultations as well as the check which is done at the time of your pet’s booster. These may be used through the year, for vet or nurse checks, as and when your pet needs them.

We apologise for any confusion or concern caused by the DenPlan letter arriving before our internally printed letters were distributed to warn you of this process.

A new Direct debit form will be sent to you from EasyDirectDebits, which we would be grateful if you would fill in and return, to allow a seamless continuation of your plans.

We are delighted to let you know of changes to the benefits of our plan.

Our Pet Healthcare Plan currently allows clients to spread the cost of routine vaccinations and flea and worm treatment over the year. It also offers clients a six month health check each year and discounts off selected services.

We are now extending this discount to 10% off ALL products and services, including consultations, surgical procedures, medications, pet food, and petcare products.

Please call in at the practice to complete a simple registration form, which will require your bank details. A £5.00 registration will be collected with your first monthly Direct Debit. Our Practice staff will be happy to answer any queries you may have.
